Workspace

Manage your workspace settings

Workspace settings let you manage the core configuration of your Flowback workspace, including branding, defaults, and general preferences.

Accessing settings

Navigate to Settings in your dashboard sidebar to access workspace settings. The settings page is organized into sections for workspace info, branding, and defaults.

Workspace information

  • Workspace name — Your company or team name. This appears on feedback forms, in Slack notifications, and throughout the dashboard.
  • Workspace slug — The URL-friendly identifier used in your feedback form URLs (e.g., acme-corp). Changing the slug updates all your channel URLs.
  • Description — An optional description of your workspace.
Warning
Changing your workspace slug will change all your feedback form URLs. If you've shared links publicly, visitors using the old URLs will still be redirected to the new URLs automatically — Flowback tracks slug history for seamless redirects.

Branding

  • Logo — Upload your company logo. This is displayed on all your feedback forms and in the dashboard header. Supports PNG, JPG, and SVG.
  • Accent color — Choose a brand color that's applied to buttons, highlights, and interactive elements on your feedback forms.

Default feedback mode

Set the default feedback processing mode for all channels:

  • Single — One submission per conversation
  • Auto-Split — Automatically split multi-item feedback
  • Split & Review — Split with manual approval

Individual channels can override this default in their own settings.
