Manage your workspace settings
Workspace settings let you manage the core configuration of your Flowback workspace, including your name, URL, plan, and logo.
Accessing settings
Navigate to Settings in your dashboard sidebar to access workspace settings.
Workspace settings
- Workspace Name — Your company or team name. This appears on feedback forms, in Slack notifications, and throughout the dashboard.
- Workspace URL — The URL-friendly identifier used in your feedback form URLs (e.g.,
acme-corp). Changing this updates all your channel URLs. - Company Description — A description of your company that helps the AI ask more relevant questions during feedback intake.
- Plan — Your current subscription plan.
- Logo — Upload your company logo. This is displayed on all your feedback forms and in the dashboard header. Supports PNG, JPG, and SVG.
Warning
Changing your Workspace URL will change all your feedback form URLs. If you've shared links publicly, visitors using the old URLs will still be redirected to the new URLs automatically — Flowback tracks URL history for seamless redirects.
