Plans, limits, and subscription management
Flowback offers three plans to match your team's needs. Billing is managed through Stripe for secure payment processing and easy subscription management.

Submission limits
Each plan has a monthly submission limit. When you reach your limit, new submissions are paused until the next billing cycle. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.
You can see your current usage and remaining submissions in the dashboard overview. If you're approaching your limit, consider upgrading to a higher plan.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade:
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click the Upgrade button next to the plan you want
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details
- After payment, your plan is upgraded immediately
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Your new limits are available right away and any features locked to higher plans are unlocked.
Managing your subscription
Click Manage Subscription in the billing settings to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:
- Update your payment method
- View invoices and payment history
- Change your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Trial plan
All new workspaces start on the Trial plan. The trial includes full access to core features with limited channels and submissions. There is no time limit on the trial — you can use it as long as you'd like within the plan limits.
When you're ready for more capacity or advanced features like custom priorities and rules, upgrade to Starter or Pro.
