Introduction

What is Flowback and how it works

Flowback is an AI-powered feedback intake platform that transforms unstructured customer feedback into structured, actionable product requirements. Instead of parsing through emails, Slack messages, and support tickets, Flowback gives your users a conversational interface that asks the right follow-up questions, generates detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), and automatically creates issues in your project management tools.

How it works

The Flowback workflow has three stages:

1
Collect
Share a branded feedback form with your users. An AI assistant guides them through a natural conversation, asking targeted follow-up questions based on their feedback type — whether it's a bug report, feature request, or UX improvement.
2
Structure
Once the conversation is complete, Flowback's AI generates a detailed PRD from the conversation. This includes a problem statement, user story, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, impact assessment, and acceptance criteria.
3
Act
Submissions automatically create issues in Linear with the right labels, priority levels, and full PRD attachments. Your team gets notified in Slack and can triage directly from there.
