Review and manage all submissions

The Inbox is your central hub for reviewing all feedback that comes through Flowback. Every completed conversation appears here with its generated PRD, priority suggestion, and integration status.

Inbox overview

Navigate to Inbox in your dashboard sidebar to open the inbox. You'll see a list of all submissions across all channels, sorted by most recent. Each list item shows:

  • Title — An AI-generated title summarizing the feedback
  • Time — When the feedback was submitted
  • Priority badge — The AI-suggested priority level with color coding
  • Draft badge or category chip — Shown when the submission is awaiting review, or tagged with a category

Submission details

Click on any submission to view its full details. The detail view includes:

  • Generated PRD — The full product requirement document created by the AI, including problem statement, user story, steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behavior, impact assessment, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conversation history — The complete chat between the submitter and the AI assistant, so you can see the original context.
  • Submitter information — Name, email, and which channel they submitted through.
  • Priority — The AI-suggested priority level, which can also be seen in the connected issue tracker if configured.
  • Issue link — A direct link to the created issue in your connected tracker (Linear, GitHub, or Jira), if applicable.
  • Attachments — Any screenshots or documents the submitter uploaded.

Filtering submissions

Use the filters at the top of the inbox to narrow down your view:

  • Filter by status to find drafts awaiting approval (in Split & Review mode)
  • Filter by channel to see feedback from a specific source

Category and priority filters are coming soon.

Actions

From the submission detail view, you can take several actions:

  • Push to Linear / GitHub / Jira — Manually create an issue in your connected tracker if one hasn't been created yet, or to recreate it after reconnecting an integration.
  • Approve — For draft submissions in Split & Review mode, approve the submission to create its issue.
  • Decline — Dismiss a submission that doesn't warrant an issue.
  • Snooze — Temporarily hide a submission and revisit it later.
  • Edit PRD — Make changes to the generated PRD before or after creating an issue.
Tip
The push-to-tracker button is useful when you've disconnected and reconnected an integration, or when you want to create issues for submissions that predate the connection.
