Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Strategic Minds Group Limited, trading as Flowback ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://www.flowback.co and in the Flowback web application. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide a better user experience, and to provide information to the owners of the website.

Cookies can be "first-party" (set by the website you are visiting) or "third-party" (set by a different domain). They can also be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remaining on your device for a set period or until you delete them).

This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, pixel tags, and software development kits that work in the same way as cookies. Notably, Flowback stores your cookie consent preferences in your browser's localStorage under the key fb_consent_v1. Because this is not technically a cookie, it will not be cleared by your browser's cookie controls — you can clear it by clicking "Manage cookies" in our footer and updating your choices, or by clearing site data in your browser.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually only set in response to actions you take, such as signing in, setting your cookie preferences, or completing a purchase. This category includes the session cookies set by our authentication provider (Supabase) to keep you signed in, Next.js framework cookies, and the Stripe cookies required to complete secure checkouts. No personally identifiable information is collected by these cookies beyond what is strictly necessary to provide the Service.

2.2 Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors interact with our Website. These cookies collect information in an aggregated and anonymised form, including the number of visitors, where visitors come from, and the pages they visit. IP addresses are anonymised on collection. Analytics cookies are only loaded after you grant consent.

2.3 Advertising cookies

We use advertising cookies to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to show you relevant advertisements on third-party platforms. These cookies may track your browsing activity across different websites in order to build an audience profile. Advertising cookies are only loaded after you grant consent. The advertising platforms we currently use are:

  • Google Ads (including remarketing and conversion tracking)
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Reddit Pixel

3. Cookie Details

The table below provides details of the specific cookies used on our Website. Cookie names and durations may change from time to time as these services are updated by their providers. Where a cookie is set by a third party, the third party's own privacy and cookie policies also apply.
