AI Insight Engine

Flowback now reads across all of your feedback and surfaces what actually matters, ranking the biggest patterns, spikes and emerging problems into one prioritised feed, each backed by evidence and a trend chart. Stop guessing what to build next; see the signal in the noise.

  • Ranked feed of patterns, spikes and emerging issues
  • Evidence and a trend chart behind every insight
  • Acknowledge, watch, dismiss, or convert straight to a tracked issue

Where to find it: Open the Insights tab in the dashboard, click any insight to see its supporting submissions and trend, then hit “Convert to issue”.

Themes & Duplicate Detection

Related feedback is grouped into themes for you and near-duplicates are detected as they arrive, so ten reports of the same problem collapse into one clear, high-signal theme instead of cluttering your inbox.

  • Theme clustering across incoming feedback, no tagging required
  • Embedding-based duplicate detection
  • Duplicate links preserved on the resulting issue

Where to find it: Filter by the Themes facet in the Issues board; duplicates are flagged inline in the Inbox while you triage, and links carry onto the issue when you approve.

July 2026 · Relations

New

Issue Relations & Sub-Issues

Link related issues and break big ones into sub-issues with rollups, breadcrumb navigation and a parent/child hierarchy: a familiar, Linear-style way to organise dependencies and larger bodies of work.

  • Link related issues from a searchable picker
  • Sub-issues with rollups and inline creation
  • Breadcrumb navigation across the hierarchy

Where to find it: On any issue, use the Relations panel to link issues via the picker, or add sub-issues from the sub-issue panel and move through the hierarchy with the breadcrumb.
